MITHUNAI is engineered as a unified enterprise AI platform with four collaborative surfaces:
  1. Console & RAG (app.mithunai.com)
  2. AI Gateway (gateway.mithunai.com)
  3. AI Agents (agents.mithunai.com)
  4. AI Chat (chat.mithunai.com)
Rather than requiring separate credentials or scattered logins for each tool, MITHUNAI provides OneLogin Single Sign-On (SSO). A single user account authenticates across every surface, maintaining consistent roles, permissions, and organization context.

OneLogin Unified Identity

With MITHUNAI OneLogin:
  • Single Credential: Sign in once to access the entire MITHUNAI suite.
  • Enterprise Identity Providers: Connect to Okta, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or custom SAML 2.0 / OIDC providers.
  • Seamless Surface Navigation: Jump instantly between Gateway routing, Agent fleets, Chat conversations, and Knowledge collections from the shared suite menu on any surface.
  • Cross-Surface Attribution: All token consumption, API calls, and agent runs are consistently attributed to the signed-in user and organization.

Staff Management Portal (/#/support)

The Staff Portal (https://app.mithunai.com/#/support) is a dedicated platform administration surface designed exclusively for platform operators, system administrators, and authorized support staff.

Capabilities:

  • Global Tenant Overview: Monitor active organizations, resource quotas, and health across the deployment.
  • Customer Support Sessions: When an organization enables MITHUNAI Support Access, authorized staff can open a time-bounded (maximum 4 hours), strictly read-only session to assist with configuration or troubleshooting.
  • Platform Management & Diagnostics: Review runtime telemetry, database health, background worker queues, and upstream connectivity status.
  • Security & Secret Vault Policies: Audit organization compliance, secret rotation schedules, and encryption key versions.
  • Audit Logging: Every staff session entry, inspection, and action generates immutable audit log records visible to both customer administrators and compliance auditors.
