You
Profile
Shows the name and email address of the account you are signed in with, and a Sign out button. Your name and email address are managed by whoever operates your MITHUNAI deployment and cannot be edited here. The console has no password change or reset: to change or recover a password, ask the operator.Appearance
Chooses how the console looks in this browser.
The choice is kept in this browser, for you only. It does not change what your colleagues see, and it does not affect the website widget. The console opens in the light theme until you choose otherwise. The colours themselves come from your organisation’s branding.
Keyboard shortcuts
Single keys work anywhere except while you are typing in a field.Organization
Owners and Administrators can change these sections. For every other role they are read-only.Members
Lists the people in your organisation with the role each one holds, and adds a colleague by email address and role. The person must already have an account on your deployment; MITHUNAI does not send invitations. See Members and Organisations and roles.Branding
Sets your product name, logos, colours and links for the console and the website widget, and two switches: whether the console footer shows a “Powered by MITHUNAI” line, and whether the widget shows your brand mark. See Branding.Support access
Controls whether MITHUNAI support may open a read-only session in your organisation, shows who is in one now with End session on each, and lists what they read. It is off until you turn it on. See Support access.Deployment map
Draws what your organisation has configured and how it connects: your assistants, the knowledge sources they answer from, and the API keys and widget embeds that reach them. Every item on it is one your organisation created; nothing is estimated or illustrative.- The counts at the top are Assistants, Knowledge sources, API keys and Widget embeds.
- Use the filter to show everything or one kind at a time, and select an item to see its details.
- A widget embed is drawn against the one assistant it answers as. An API key is not drawn against an assistant, because a key acts on the whole organisation with its role.
